We send the guest an email - letting them complete a very brief (1 minute) survey so that we can get to know them better.

Upon survey completion, the guest will receive an email that brings them into the welcome compass experience. We will have crafted a personalized welcome message and a home page that let’s them explore your property and things to do in the area. Best of all - this is all signed by you, without any work!

Throw away those binders, PDFs and printed instructions. Everything the guest needs to know about your property is right at their fingertips whenever they need it!
Personalized recommendations
Guests will also find three sections of recommendations - for restaurants, activities, and provisions. Each and every recommendation is expertly selected based on who they are and how they answered the survey.
Automated question response
We also leverage new technology to automatically answer almost any question the guest might have about the property and surrounding area. This will be a huge time saver to you or your staff.
